for UK MIGRATION
UK Migration Pathway
The fourth tier of the new points based UK immigration service focuses on overseas students who wish to gain entry clearance to study in the UK. Tier 4 visas replace the UK student visa service and place more emphasis on the responsibility of the educational body for the applicants they permit to study. The aim of this tier immigration service is to provide a more user-friendly, transparent route to studying in the UK.
With the exception of tier 1 visas, which directly replace the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme or HSMP, all tier visas for the new system will require a certificate of sponsorship from the relevant sponsor. In this case, the sponsor will be the educational institution offering a place which a student has accepted. Each sponsoring institution will be required to vouch for the ability of students.
ICSI can guide you at every stage of obtaining a visa for the UK. As specialists in UK migration, we offer migration lawyer advice on your initial application and can help you adjust to living and working in the UK through a range of on arrival services. If you would like an assessment of your chances to be qualified send a resume to ICSI at iconsult@iconsultancyservicesinc.com or to John Salandanan at jsalandanan@iconsultancyservicesinc.com, or fill out a 2-minute online form now!
for CANADA PR PROGRAM
Canada Permanent Residency
Canada has a list of skilled worker jobs or called “in demand” jobs that they would like people from all countries to apply. Canada periodically updates this list after a complete labor analysis of the jobs that are the most difficult to fill from the Canadian labor force. Nursing is one example but there are 37 other job classifications that are considered “in demand.”
The best way to enter Canada is through Permanent Residency. (PR) Once PR is obtained through the skilled worker program all immediate family members are authorized to live and work in Canada. Canada fast tracks the skilled worker petition. Fast track is defined as about 10-12 months if there are no complications with your application.
Canada qualifies your PR application through a point system. You need 67 points out of a total of 100. You are weighed heavily on your education, experience, English skills (important for healthcare jobs) age, and adaptability.
ICSI in partnership with Marc Laforce, a twenty year licensed Canadian Immigration Practitioner, will file your application and walk you through the process every step of the way to a new life in Canada. If you would like an assessment of your chances to be qualified send a resume to ICSI at iconsult@iconsultancyservicesinc.com or to John Salandanan at jsalandanan@iconsultancyservicesinc.com or fill out a 2-minute online form now!
for NZ MIGRATION
New Zealand Migration Pathway
New Zealand is considered similar in size to Britain. Outstandingly beautiful, New Zealand offers alpine ranges, deep rainforests, sun-drenched beaches and a choice of climate from mild to subtropical. This rich and diverse natural heritage is treasured, with a third of the land being protected by the Department of Conservation.
It’s true to say that the pace of life is less frantic in New Zealand, but this is certainly a progressive nation. Great importance is attached to education, social security, the environment and sensitive government. New Zealand has also embraced and invested in the high technology industries of the future, being ideally placed with the Pacific Rim economies. Although the government has a positive attitude to immigration, numbers are restricted in view of the small population.
